However, i found out that windows 7 saves the wallpaper image as TranscodedWallpaper.jpg, so each time you change your wallpaper it will be saved as TranscodedWallpaper.jpg with different bytes. \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper.jpg Thanks ramesh for your reply, but i've already stated that registry value and SystemParametersInfo returns the same value which is:
